This afternoon I'm going to the Hollywood Bowl to listen to the LA Philharmonic perform Bizet's Carmen and Ravel's Bolero. What to pack for music beneath the stars? Some Rioja is definitely in order, but I'm also thinking of making a luscious Spanish omelet, Argentine style, with a sweet caramel crust.
