Soledad

Raw, unpasteurized goat cheese is so heavenly. If you go to the Hollywood farmer's market on Sundays, look for the Soledad stand which features organic goat cheeses that come straight from the Mojave desert in varieties like lavender, cabernet, and cumin. I suggest getting a few different kinds to make a unique cheese plate accented with a nice quince paste or do a grilled cheese sandwich with caramelized onions and figs...mmm
