My friend gave me a little collection of these fabulous Dolfin chocolates for the holidays, which I don't know whether to love or hate her for because now I can't stop thinking about them. About five minutes ago I had my last one-- I saved the Noir Cumin for the finale--a truly decadent little wafer of dark belgian chocolate infused with an accent of crushed cumin. Other flavors I devoured include Earl Gray, Citron, Rose, Japanese Sencha, and Cardamom. I need more. Much, much more. The thin crunch of the chocolate coupled with the richness of the cocoa and faraway flair of spice is the perfect combination. I would faint over a variation of this in ice cream form.
