This book, "The Silver Spoon" is going to change my life. Almost 1,300 pages of simple, fresh, smart Italian recipes, I haven't seen a cookbook this inspiring in a while. I can't wait to try my first recipe! I'm thinking of starting with the Radicchio Al Forno (baked radicchio) in cream, broth, and cheese.
Not that I don't like supporting my local bookstore, but get this on Amazon, its much more affordable.
